Your Obligations

You agree to provide true, accurate, and current personal information and to use the Site lawfully. You must not upload viruses, interfere with Site operations, or record/disseminate Site content (e.g., chat rooms, videos) without permission. Violation of this prohibition may result in injunctive relief without a bond, as it causes irreparable harm.

Billing

The holding company for IncomeNavigator.com products and services is Income Navigator LLC. This name will appear on your credit card statement for purchases.

Trial Memberships

We may offer trial memberships, which convert to full memberships unless canceled. To cancel, contact us for assistance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Memberships renew automatically. To cancel, contact us before the renewal date. No refunds are offered for recurring charges unless cancellation is requested before renewal. Canceled memberships remain active until the billing cycle ends, with no partial refunds.

Credit Card Chargebacks

We resolve chargebacks promptly. If a cancellation request fails due to system error, we will address it manually.

Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. To report copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), provide written notice to [email protected], including your signature, a description of the infringed work, its location on the Site, your contact information, a good-faith statement of unauthorized use, and a declaration under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
